All products distributed by Coridion Sciences are intended strictly for laboratory research use and in vitro evaluation only. By initiating a procurement sequence, you agree to the logistical parameters detailed below.

1. Delivery Architecture & Preferred Carriers

To ensure the absolute structural integrity of our compounds during transit, all allocations are dispatched via DHL Express. Every shipment features full premium tracking capabilities and strictly requires an adult signature upon arrival. Items are packed utilizing temperature-controlled, thermo-insulated packaging layouts to mitigate environmental variables.

2. Supported Delivery Regions

Our primary distribution framework serves countries within Europe and the United Kingdom. For custom logistical arrangements or inquiries regarding procurement outside of these designated regions, please contact our logistics team directly at orders@coridion.com to review available international freight vectors.

3. Processing & Transit Windows

Following confirmed payment authorization, orders enter our laboratory fulfillment queue and are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Baseline transit time varies depending on the destination jurisdiction, typically averaging 1 to 3 business days across the UK and continental Europe. Processing and transit timelines may be extended during peak distribution seasons or due to unforeseen regulatory/logistical constraints.

4. Temperature-Sensitive Handling Requirements

Due to the delicate molecular nature of our synthesized chains and specialized MSSPT (Medical Specialist Signal Peptide Tech) lines, shipments contain frozen cooling elements to ensure temperature stabilization.

It is the receiver's responsibility to ensure an authorized representative is present at the destination address on the first delivery attempt. Coridion Sciences is not liable for structural product degradation or baseline variance resulting from failed delivery attempts due to receiver unavailability.

5. Mandatory Signature Validation

For security and chain-of-custody verification, all packages require an adult signature at the point of delivery. Shipments will not be left unattended, unmonitored, or at unverified drop-off points. If an authorized adult is unavailable to sign for the dispatch, the customer must coordinate delivery alternatives directly with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy & Logistical Re-routing

Procuring entities are entirely responsible for providing complete, precise, and accurate shipping data at checkout. If a package is delayed or unable to be delivered due to deficient address coordinates, we will attempt to coordinate a re-routing sequence through our carrier partners where feasible.

• If an error originates from our fulfillment floor, Coridion Sciences will re-dispatch the batch at no additional cost.

• In all other instances involving inaccurate data entry, the customer will bear the full financial burden of re-delivery and logistical overhead.

7. Freight & Shipping Tariffs

Logistical fees are automatically calculated during the checkout sequence based on shipment weight, packaging requirements, and destination geography. We do not offer standardized free shipping options. All shipping tariffs are subject to structural adjustment without prior notice.

8. Real-Time Tracking Integration

Upon successful dispatch from our EU fulfillment facility, a DHL tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. Consignments can be monitored in real-time directly through the carrier’s electronic tracking portal.

9. Failed Delivery Sequences

If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will automatically queue a second attempt. Receivers may also interface directly with the carrier to schedule an alternative delivery window or direct the parcel to an authorized local access hub. Failure to secure the delivery or collect the package within the carrier's designated hold window will result in the batch being returned to our facility, and additional return-to-origin and re-delivery fees will apply.

10. Damaged, Misrouted, or Border-Detained Dispatches

In the event that a shipment arrives with compromised packaging or structural anomalies, notify our team immediately at orders@coridion.com.

For lost transits or regulatory border actions, each case will undergo independent institutional review. It is the absolute responsibility of the procuring entity to ensure that the ordered research compounds are fully permitted under the local laws and regulations of their destination country.
